The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and promoting our cutting-edge products and services within the lighting and digital signage industry. Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and develop a robust sales pipeline for lighting and digital signage solutions.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their specific needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Present and demonstrate lighting and digital signage products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions, addressing any customer concerns or queries.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position Eshark Digital World as a leader in the market.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand business opportunities and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven sales experience in any industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in the lighting and digital signage industry.
